On an hourly basis, our firm can provide full-service consultations from interior finishes and accessories to complete the entire workspace.

Interior Design By Room

If you only want to update one room of your office, have a partially completed commercial construction or renovation project, or just need some assistance with the finishing touches to executive offices or conference rooms, our consulting services by room might be right for you.

Paint Color Consultations

We provide paint color consultations as part of our interior design services. Additionally, are able to provide this as a separate service that is billed on an hourly basis.

How We Work

I have over 20 years of commercial real estate management experience.  My goal is to help clients transform their workspace to fit every style and budget to meet their business needs.  Equipped with access to several professionals and resources at my disposal, I can meet your workspace aesthetic and functional expectations within your budget.

The initial meeting will be remote and consist of gathering information to understand your vision and determine your needs.  Upon deciding you wish to enter into a contract, I will schedule an in-person meeting.

Clients may be hesitant to discuss a budget, but for both parties it is by far one of the most important aspects of your initial consultation. You may not know your budget, however our firm can work with you to determine a budget that accomplishes your overall project goals.

Our firm partners with local commercial professionals as needed to accomplish a turnkey project. The consultation fee is a percentage of the project based on the agreed upon budget. Contingency fees will be included for any unforeseen conditions.
