Mental Health – Returning to the Workplace during COVID 19

Many people miss the social interaction of office life, their usual morning coffee and 15-minute break chats.  However, there is a group of people who would prefer to not return to the office during the COVID 19 pandemic and the anxiety is real.  As we all face the prospect of returning to the office, how can we positively impact our mental health during these uncertain times?
